What is the Premier Service Plan?

Our Premier Service Plan is a customized maintenance plan for your home's plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment. Just choose what equipment you want to keep running efficiently and reliably all year long, and we'll send a certified, trained professional to inspect and maintain that equipment once a year.

This Premier Service Program will:

Bronze: basic plumbing:

  • Whole house inspection - every fixture (bathrooms, kitchen, water heater, outdoor hose bibs, faucets, sinks, and more)

Silver: basic plumbing + water heater

  • Whole house inspection - every fixture (bathrooms, kitchen, water heater, outdoor hose bibs, faucets, sinks, and more)
  • Water heater flush

Gold: basic plumbing + water heater + sewer inspection

  • Whole house inspection - every fixture (bathrooms, kitchen, water heater, outdoor hose bibs, faucets, sinks, and more)
  • Water heater flush
  • Sewer inspection - video/camera scope

Evaporative Cooler

  • Test operation/components are all working properly and clean out unit
  • Evaporative cooler winterize or start-up for the season
